GTS is positioned as a developer and long term owner operator of utility scale renewable energy assets and energy infrastructure.
GTS is focussed on acquisition of hard asset based infrastructure, telecommunications, energy storage and utility scale generators.
Our bespoke financing solution makes no distinction between construction and long-term (15 year +) finance.
GTS Approach – Financing the Transition to Net Negative
As subsidy driven markets decline and grid parity with traditional forms of utility generation is surpassed, both merchant and developing PPA models will increasingly be delivered from renewable and sustainable technologies.
GTS is uniquely placed to enhance value and deploy funds into both developed and emerging markets across generation, storage and grid infrastructure.
- Paradigm shift from subsidy to open market.
- Global corporations have an increased requirement to further CSR/ESG compliance, driven by market pressure and ultimately shareholder demands.
- Technology advancements through artificial intelligence, optimization and battery storage.
- Wider understanding of various and developing PPA structures across the off-taker market.
- Continuing cost reductions across all existing and new technologies driving a decline in LCOE and ultimately benefiting the end consumer.
- Key drivers for price reduction are no longer directly and disproportionately linked to technology – cost of capital and innovative financial structures are now the main conduit to a lower LCOE in many emerging regions.
The GTS management team demonstrate significant experience in their respective fields with over 4GW’s of renewable deployment led and originated with a further 7B USD across construction and energy related M&A transactions.
